RETURNS + EXCHANGES

First and foremost, we’d like to say “thank you!” for shopping at ÁKWÀ. We strive to provide great products and excellent customer experience. With that said, we know expectations vary and hiccups may arise. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund. Returns are ONLY accepted 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must have original tags attached, be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us ​for further instructions. If the item is not available, we will refund the amount for said garment.  

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or style, you must return the item and place a new order.  

Sale Items:

Clearance, Sample Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Shipping:
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. ÁKWÀ is not liable for shipping loss or damage by the shipping service.   
Your account will be credited within 5-7 days of receipt and approval; refunded to the original payment method.
